The Exchequer, Award Winning Head Chef José was born and raised in Santander. José carries with him a beautiful breadth of knowledge and understanding of the regional cuisines of his native Spain. Committed to sourcing vibrant local ingredients from around Ireland and weaving Spanish influences into an exciting menu that we hope you will enjoy. All José’s sauces and dishes are home-cooked from scratch and many using local recipes passed down through generations!

Since we started in business in 2009, our love of weekend roasts have become our speciality. Our legendary roasts serves 4 people and comes with all trimmings and a complementary bottle of house wine, red or white. Check out José’s amazing NEW WHOLE ROAST SUCKLING PIG, served as it would be in his native Spain with all the sides and home made sauces, a feast to remember!
